Material: old Japanese cotton, new cotton (including hand-dyed, hand-painted)

Statement: I had many left-overs of solid antique Japanese cotton fabrics which I used as background. I used red, gray, and brown to suggest falling "T" shapes. I used cotton satin in checkerboard patterns to suggest an intermediate depth between the "T" shapes and the background.
